Last week, Arkansas first lady Ginger Beebe was able to visit Westside Elementary in the Cabot School District. Cabot has recently started a Book Mobile project. According to her assistant Becky Campbell, Mrs. Beebe was so impressed that she was hoping other schools would be interested in starting a similar program.
